Paws b is an engaging and fun way of learning about mindfulness, resilience and emotional intelligence. It is delivered through a range of teaching styles such as videos, cartoons and activities, it helps children to understand what is happening within the brain and how this affects their behaviours, as well as teaching them some simple mindfulness techniques that will help them learn to notice, then manage their emotions.
