Hi! I’m Tosh…well that’s what everyone calls me! In my 20’s and 30’s I was fortunate enough to spend prolonged periods in the Himalayan areas of India, Nepal and Bhutan. I learned meditation in the Tibetan Buddhism tradition under the guidance of teachers within the exiled Tibetan community. Noticing the positive changes meditating had made to my own mind, I could see the benefits that mindfulness meditation could bring to our children, the work environment and anyone suffering from stress or anxiety. So my journey into secular mindfulness began….

With over 20 years experience of meditation practice, having completed courses and specific training in the secular mindfulness approach, as well as having experienced the benefits that come through engaging in these practices, I am well placed to support you on your way to a healthier, more resilient, stable and compassionate mind.

I have a background in dementia care and mental health training and I am trained in Children and Adult Safeguarding. I have a current DBS check.

As mindfulness becomes a vehicle for consumerism, it is at risk of becoming ‘McMindfulness’. Being guided by an experienced, authentic teacher, is an essential step towards your inner peace.
